Information for participants of the Encyclopedia "Russia’s Arms and Technologies. The XXI Century Encyclopedia"

The Publishing House "Arms and Technologies" implements a great publishing project of State significance issuing the multi-volume (at least 20 volumes) Encyclopedia "Russia’s Arms and Technologies. The XXI Century Encyclopedia" under general supervision of the Defense Minister of the Russian Federation Anatoly Serdyukov.

At the head of the Editorial Board is the Chief of the Armament Directorate of Armed Forces, the Deputy Defense Minister Vladimir Popovkin

The main goal of the project is to introduce world and Russian markets to technologies and achievements of native defense industry in an adequate manner.

Since 2000 first nine volumes of the Encyclopedia have been issued, and they were favorably received by specialists and mass media. The Encyclopedia was adequately placed among similar foreign publications. There is a stable demand for its volumes.

The Encyclopedia plays a significant role, informing State bodies and agencies, and political circles in Russia, which are responsible for the State budget and defense orders. It is conductive to adequate public opinions about Russian Military Forces and defense industry.

The Encyclopedia is compliant with main principles of modern Russia’s defense doctrine and military-technical policy. This makes the Encyclopedia topical and important for the State.

All information contained in the Encyclopedia is verified by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation according to an established procedure.

The Encyclopedia is distributed among leaders (staff) of governmental, military and political bodies and agencies, among defense organizations, enterprises and companies in Russia and foreign countries, among embassies and representatives of foreign countries and companies, among organization committees of international exhibitions (saloons) of weapons and military equipment. It is distributed through retail trade channels as well. A fraction of the edition is distributed in American, European and Asian countries through our dealers.

The Publishing House "Arms and Technologies" is ready to include information about defense organizations and enterprises into the volumes being prepared.

All information presented by defense organizations and enterprises for the Encyclopedia is published free of charge.

When preparing materials, it is recommended to follow methodical recommendations, which were developed by taking into account experience acquired during preparation of previous volumes.

Materials presented in an electronic form should comply with the technical requirements.

There is an advertisement VIP-block in every volume, where advertisement materials could be placed.
